1. The Personal Information We Gather

(a) When you join our mailing list, we gather the following: your e-mail address, your name, and your regular mail address. We also ask you to show us your areas of interest by selecting from a short list.

(b) When you sign up for our Free e-Mail Service, we gather your name, your regular mail address, your gender, and your date of birth.

(c) When you apply to become the Director of a HealthiLifer Wellness Club, we gather the following: your e-mail address, your name, your regular mail address, and your source-of-payment or your bank information.

2. How Chenax MajestyIP Safeguards Your Information

When you apply to become the Director of a HealthiLifer Wellness Club, we automatically convert your source-of-payment information into secure code as it travels from your computer directly to PayPal, our payment processor. PayPal’s security system uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, with a code key length of 128 bits. The SSL protocol is the maximum security level currently available to major banks: no one has higher. Note that Chenax MajestyIP does not see your source-of-payment information.

The rest of your confidential information resides in heavily guarded servers, behind electronic firewalls. Only authorized personnel are permitted access to client information, and those who have access, fully understand and respect our commitment to your privacy and the security of your financial and other information. Every Chenax MajestyIP employee has committed himself or herself to living by the Four Pillars of the Morning Star.

3. To What Parties We Disclose Your Information

We disclose your financial information only to the financial institutions, which facilitate payments to us from your bank or credit card account. We give the financial institutions only what is necessary to prove that you have indeed authorized a specific payment.

We do not disclose any of your personal information to other organizations, unless you have specifically authorized it beforehand. We do not sell or rent our mailing list to other organizations. Even if the organizations are affiliated with us.

During the investigation of fraud or illegal activity, we may be compelled by the courts to disclose information in response to a subpoena, warrant, or similar court order.

4. Your Choices Regarding Privacy

(a) You choose the kind of information you will receive from Chenax MajestyIP, when you choose your areas of interest while joining our mailing list.
