How To Do The Chenax ReRe Process
1. You provide your (verifiable and documented) offender recidivism rate, as a baseline.
2. The
Chenax Recidivism Reduction Counselor quotes a fee.
3.
You accept the fee, in writing.
4. The
Chenax Recidivism Reduction Counselor (CRRC)
begins the program with a group of offenders when they are seven weeks away from release.
5. Your selected offenders will attend 2-hour sessions with the CRRC 3 times a week.

6. The ReRe program continues with weekly sessions, while the ex-offender is in the community.
7. After a previously agreed “reasonable period” following release, the recidivism rate of the Chenax ReRe participants will be compared with your prior rate.
